“SOY MILK SOUP”
The Materials :
1. Carrots, 1 fruit, cut into 1cm cubes, boiled
2. Peas, 15 pieces, cut into two parts, boiled
3. Pipil sweet corn, 5 spoons, boiled
4. Cornstarch, 2 tablespoons, dissolved in a little water
5. Soy milk, 750 ml
6. Celery, 2 stalks, finely chopped
7. Margarine, 2 tablespoons

(*) The first, heat margarine, saute garlic, and onions until fragrant
(*) Second, Pour soy milk, cook over medium heat, stirring until boiling
(*) Third, add the carrots, peas, sweet corn, and other seasoning. Stir well
(*) Fourth, pour cornstarch solution and cook, stirring frequently, until boiling. And lift
(*) And the last, pour the soup in a serving bowl, sprinkle the top with chopped celery
